This book challenges the “Where’s Waldo” structure in a refreshing way. I love the idea that the narrator wants us to find a character that doesn’t want to be found. In the Waldo books, we never really get to know the character of Waldo. We see him, but we don’t really see his personality. This book dives into who these characters are. It’s such an innovate idea!

The illustrations are full of hilarious details. Readers will want to come back to this book over and over to enjoy the many personalities and complete the visual challenges.
